Experienced of delivering technology and regulatory change in Investment Banking. Originally from the UK, I also worked in an offshore development centre in Singapore before moving to New Zealand.

Working on some of the key legislative changes for New Zealand,  FMCA, CLR, CCCFA, AML, GDPR / Privacy and Conduct, I am  passionate about compliance by design and the  opportunity to simplify Regulatory change practices through the use of Technology.

As a Master of Technology Futures (MTF) specializing in RegTech, I continuously evolve my interest  through research and collaboration with RegTech'ers in New Zealand and globally seeking to make compliance that little bit easier and to discover what a different form of Regulatory Change might look like for the future, be that near or distant.

An ambassador for She Sharp, I have also been involved in and led Women in IT, Diversity groups, Graduate programmes as well as being a mentor and forming Communities of Practice for Project Management and Agile ways of working.
